For many of us, changing tires is one of the most dreaded parts of bike maintenance, so we had Jay Clark of Dunlop Tires show us the proper way to change that pesky rubber.

it took me and hour to do front and back, and i wasn’t nearly as calm as him! I need that stand. If it goes it missing it wasn’t me. Where did they get the stickers man!!! SICK WIT IT!

thats how i’ve always done it, but i need to make a stand like that, it’d make it so much easier. i never thought of the baby powder thing, good idea

Funny thing about Jay is that his last name used to be Valdovinos which he changed to Clark to hide something in his past and . . . more funny is the actual size of his enormous head, something along the lines of Neil Cavuto of Fox News. Really huge melon.
