Jason Lawrence’s Boost Mobile/am/pm/Monster Energy/Troy Racing mechanic Toshi Chiba dropped by the TransWorld Motocross photo studio today and let us spend an hour or so drooling over J-Law’s ride. The 2009 Yamaha’s may not be the most exciting new bikes of the year, but Lawrence’s machine is certainly trick enough to get any motocrosser’s blood pumping!

Eleven 10 Racing treats all of the transmission gears and shift components with an ultra-hard coating. The result is said to be a buttery smooth transmission. A DRD Wet Sump Kit eliminates the heavy external oil tank.

I would love to have this bike in my garage. Maybe Yamaha should consider these colors for all of their mx bikes instead of the blue. Sweet ride!!

J-Laws bike is good looking! And some components are changed for this year, ” aftermarket products” none or less for the better! Yamaha of troy have stepped it up!

Nice looking bike thats for sure. The DR.D lowering kit won’t work with the mega-bomb…tried it on my 06 and the header didn’t have enough room.

seriously, J-Law is the baddest mofo in the sport… kinda old school mentality like motocross used to be. bring back the pot smoking mickey diamonds and fist fights on and off the track… them were the good all days

Ryan Villopoto and Jason Lawrence had a Fight at Hangtown. Jason Had a helmet cam on at the time… It would be cool to see that one.
