Team BUD Kawasaki rider David Vuillemin was on hand as a spectator at Anaheim 2. "It feels strange to be here as a spectator," said DV12, who will contest the MX1 World Championships in 2009. "I have been in California for a few weeks to do some training." When asked where he figures he will fit in to the World Championships, Vuillemin answered, "I hope to be inside the top five, but anything can happen. I have not ridden and compared speed with any of the MX1 contenders, but I know that there are lots of fast guys."
