The folks at BBR Motorsports have launched their latest offering, the MM12P production bike. This is a race-ready, fully-complete mini-bike. We haven’t tested one yet, but we thought we’d give you a first look at the all-new ride from BBR.
The MM12P is 100% designed, engineered, tested and assembled at BBR in the USA. Affordability is obtained by using BBR manufacturing partners around the world in Taiwan, Japan, China, and Italy combined with production from the BBR USA factory in Auburn, Washington. Industry-standard nuts, bolts and bolt patterns are utilized, and each bike is fully upgradeable to most BBR USA components.
With prices starting at $3,999, the MM12P features include a BBR forged aluminum Perimeter Production frame, forged SuperComp adjustable swingarm, and forged removable aluminum subframe. In addition, this bike features the new D2 Production exhaust system, Marzocchi Shiver forks, BBR SuperShock, full floating disc brakes, billet 6061 hubs and 7075 aluminum rims. The BBR Production bike does not settle for inferior components. Brake rotors, exhaust, footpegs, spokes and nipples are all high-grade stainless steel. Forged aluminum technology is used for the brake pedal, kickstarter, and many other auxiliary items. Supported by a high performance 150cc Daytona competition engine, the BBR Production bike is delivered ready to race.
The MM12P is designed, built and sold for competition use only, and is not EPA certified for use on public roads or highways, or on public land requiring green stickers (CA) or where other off-road EPA certifications are required.

christian11, maybe people in your area are over minis but they are definately still around. It may not be as big a sport as it use to but I know a lot of people who are crazy over them and still spend well over 10k on their minis. Me and my partner actually specialize on minis and it does make most of our profit so Id say its far from over.

Yeah Goon is right, I think every week we ride we end up getting another person hooked. For the guys in my riding group it’s basically a bunch of us that used to ride big bikes but all of our spots got shut down. But when you are up there on minis with 10+ guys the cops usually laugh at you for being on a ‘kids’ bike. So I wouldn’t say people are over minis.

I rode my friends BBR n loved it. Only gripe I have is peg to seat height. (Was told no fix). My LXR 160 feels a lot more roomier. If theirs a fix, I would buy one in a heartbeat. Until then I’ll stick to my pitster.
