Christian Craig Injured

Word is getting around that Christian Craig had a bad getoff while practicing. Apparently his locked up on the face of a jump while practicing Supercross. The ensuing crash is rumored to have broken several vertebrae. Christian updated his facebook status just before going into surgery saying he still had feeling in his legs and toes. We will keep everyone posted as more information becomes available.

kk645 how in earth would u know what theyre motors are like ? josh grants bike looked pretty quick in the nationals oh and he crashed on a troy lee honda not a jgr yzf

Im pretty sure he signed with TLD HONDA,and there motors dont suck they are mitch's motors so KK645 i think you need to get your story stratight before you talk..

kk645 ur an idiot christian signed with troy lee honda and not with jgr and if jgr motos suck the y did the win a sx race and a couple of nationals get ur story straight

Idk for sure what craig was riding, but i do know that just because a motor is fast doesn't mean it is reliable…in fact in most cases reliability is traded for more performance, which is why high performance mod motors only last a few races while a stock motor can last a season…hope all goes well craig, best of luck.

I think you all are missing the big picture. Another seriously injured motocross racer, a fellow rider. It sucks. All of these bikes have so much performance, maybe too much. I have been riding and racing for 2 decades and things are getting bigger and faster, but what has changed in safety? The Leatt is the only real change. Tracks need to change, especially our amatuer tracks. Wider, with thought behind safety. Equipment needs to come along as well.

motors just blow doesnt mater 2 stroke 4 stroke yamaha, honda, etc. besides some dumb ass remarks cc made about his suspension with jgr last year i think this kid is a joy 2 watch. reason being is he is always so happy and pumped 2 b on a bike and positive. 2 me it is so good 2 c someone like cc and barcia as being young, happy talented and pumped on their life.

Some people on here really need to wise up as well and stop talking about a lot of stuff that dose not matter at the moment. what matters is giving CC some support at this hard time for him and his family!
