You guys that bash supercross are retarded. To ride SX you have to be badass on a motorcross bike. Its whole different animal, some guys are good at sx, arent as good outdoors, some are good outdoors cant do sx. Majority of people its "can ride outdoors, cant ride sx". Before you bash I'd like to see you do the jump sections and blitz the whoops and scrub tripples like the sx pros do.. they are unreal! If you ride a dirt bike you should be able to see how badass supercross is and if you arent you arent a true fan of the sport.

RV2 is the next carmichael, except he looks like he's got a lil more sx skill to him. Bubba I know is more scared of RV then he is of Reed. RV hasn't peaked yet in either mx or sx. I think he is one of the biggest reasons bubba won't do mx. He knows a guy with the skills like RC/RV in mx will cause him to ride the edge and hit the ground because of it. But the reality is, RV will also raise his game in sx till he is right there with both reed and bubba. There will be no safe place to hide from RV in the near future!

Geez….you guys are amazing! You don't like the song? Here's a novel idea TURN YOUR SOUND OFF!!! RV looked good and looks to have a little more "style" this year so far, anyone notice how little the suspension compresses on his bike? Must be one helluva rough ride. As for James running from RV? I think not, wait and see when James' L&M contract is up and see if he returns to the Outdoors (which I hope he does) RV will be his main competition but no way James is running …..he signed a contract that allows him to sit them out! Granted if James doesn't return to the outdoors he will never have a legacy and will be overlooked as time goes on…..He is awesome on SX but needs to bring it in MX again

I've been to many supercross races, and after Anaheim 1 I'm always ready for the Nationals to begin because every supercross track is very similar to each other. At least the outdoor tracks are all very different from each other.

Ok so they hit some jumps (65 foot max) and some whoops (sometimes good size) at somewhat fast speeds. Outdoors they run 5th gear wide open, rev limiter screamin, 2-3 deep braking bumps, 120 foot uphill triples that bust wheels and hubs when cased. Outdoors requires BALLS.

There are no 80 foot triples in SX. SX did not make Bubba, RC, RV, RD, who they are. I will say MC and Reedy got to be who they are bc of SX. And idk if you noticed but there are ruts outdoors as well. Wait a min, the only SX tracks that really rut up are OUTDOORS. First turn in SX with 20 guys, maybe in 3-4 th gear. Outdoors is 40 guys in 5th gear.

You guys are having a pointless debate. Supercross is technical and requires timing. Its a different skill set. The outdoors requires more physical strength, and the ability to hang it out. But even pro riders will tell you that supercross seperates the men from the boys. It takes more technical ability, and stratagy. If you disagree, its probably because you've never raced a dirt bike, in which case you have no place posting comments on this thread anyway.

75 ft is the biggest-most want to clear so they land 5 more feet- which 75+5= 80 ft- any bigger the lites couldnt make it, and yea id say watching bubba grow up racing on supercross style tracks- which he is quoted as saying is his favorite bc he loves to show off for the crowd- did make him who he is, where do you think he learned how to whip it???? you guys need to stop comparing and complaining and just love it for what it is
