We caught up with Geico Powersports Honda’s Brett Metcalfe at the Honda test track recently where he was dialing in his 2010 CRF250R.

I like that new honda, mety's tight, and bad religion always dominates…nice one. Can't wait to see SX this year just like every year really.
Hey, are you guys going to an have an interview with him? I would like to know which coast he is riding and hear about the new bike. Hopefully we can get some specifics. Again, thanks for the video.

Wondering how fast Barcia is going to be in supercross? Transworld should do a riding with Justin Barcia at the test track. Barcia bouncing off the rev limiter mixed with more Bad Religion would be a good sound!

i know metcalfe is an awsome rider but when is he going to jump up to the 450s. I think he could jump up there and mix it up and go for the big championship instead of chaseing a lites championship. Hopefully for the outdoors he will jump onto the big bikes.

I LOVE HOW LAST YEAR WHEN 250 F'S WERE ACTUALLY CALLED LITES EVERYBODY B!&CHED ABOUT IT! NOW THAT THEY ARE JUST 450 AND 250 PEOPLE ARE STILL CALLING THEM LITES AND BIG BIKES!!! KINDA FUNNY YOU GOTTA ADMIT!!!

at 50seconds in the section where metty goes into the whoops on the r and cuts 2 the left side is sweet. i cant even imagine making it through those whoops going straight; much less being all fancy pants and going l2r or r2l. haha! for some reason i thought barcia was # 17 for 2010. of course i am wrong; but now i am wondering?

Metty is a fighter and has a big heart, should of won more than he has but seems injury always get's him. He was a contender in the SX last year until injury and always seems to come into the Outdoors riding himself into fitness, yet still finshes inside or near the top three.
I thought he was riding 450 outdoors if so can't wait..

haha, bret kick some @$$ in the lites class, ive seen bret ride, he's amazingly fast, i saw him and stuoup at the track and metty wheelied past stroup, when they were both on team pc kawi. btw also the 2010 CRF250R is amazingly fast on the top, go get 1st mett

im am convinced that honda will not have as good results on this new unproven bike as the previous bike, just like the big honda bikes had last year. Ive heard that this new frame aint easy to find good setups, but thats what race team does, work hard, but i guess it will take til next year when this bike will do really good. I personally dont like the new hondas at all, and had my eyes on a new honda bike before i saw the 010, i dont know why they dont seem to be as comfortable as they looked before, just personally opinion. Yamaha or Kawi or Suzuki for moi! hard to decide, good machinery out there!
