Perris Raceway hosted the Christian Craig Benefit Ride Day yesterday, and a healthy turnout of riders, top-level racers, and industry folk showed up to support the likable teen. Craig, who had just signed on with the Troy Lee/Lucas Oils/Honda team for 2010, suffered a spinal cord injury in a practice crash in early November. Though he has regained his ability to walk, Christian’s road to recovery is far from over. The ride day was held to help raise the funds needed to help nurture Christian back to health.
