Monday Kickstart – Atlanta SX

ATL is racing country and the fans come out by the thousands. This time around, the stands were almost completely filled and the crowd certainly got their money’s worth. With the East Coast Lites racing now in full swing and first race nerves out of the way, we are witnessing some of the best battles we have seen all year. In the Supercross Class, Ryan Dungey reclaimed the top step of the podium and now has a firm grip on the points lead after what was nearly a flawless ride. This week, many riders are staying back east to do their homework in preparation for the most unique race on the tour: the Daytona Supercross. For now, here is a look back on what went down throughout the day in ATL.
