For the second week in a row, Chris Gosselaar was filling in on the Rockstar Suzuki team. Unfortunately for Chris, though, he didn’t make it into the main event. With Vegas being the only round left to run for the East Coast Lites riders, it looks like Chris’ time aboard the factory machine is over for the season.
Every week there is a cool vintage bike display in the pits. We’ve been doing a little vintage racing ourselves lately and just thought that the old bikes and gear would be something cool to show.
Even Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki rig driver “Racin’” Jason has fans of his own.
The pits in St. Louis we housed inside the convention center, which is connected directly to the stadium, making it very easy to get to and from the track. It also made for a cool vide inside the pits since most of the time the rigs and all the teams’ set ups are outside.
The crowd in St. Louis was big, and packed the pits early in the day. When the racing began, only a few seats in the nosebleed sections of the stadium were empty.
