
Not only was Grant Ransdell able to finish in the top five in the 250 Mod Pro class, he did it on a two-stroke. His 4-6 finish gave him a fifth overall, and that put him up front with some names like Bogle, Hayes, Nelson, and Peters.

Kyle Peters is new to Yamaha for 2011, after making the switch from a Honda, but color change didn't seem to affect him much in Mesquite. Four classes and three podium finishes in the pro class are some great results to put on his resume.

Continuing with the same speed from Oak Hill, Justin Hill was able to put in some solid finishes at World Mini. He definitely has the speed, and he proved that by winning two different motos, but he was unable to take home any titles.

Stilez Robertson has missed the first couple of amateur races this season due to some compressed vertebra, but he was back in full force in Mesquite. The time off didn't seem to affect him as he went on to win a title in all the five classes he entered.
