Dean Wilson secured yet another second-place overall finish and will retain the red number plate headed to Millville. Deano is the points leader despite the fact that an overall win has eluded him so far this year. His consistency, however, is clearly paying off, and he holds the lead over his two teammates, Blake Baggett and TYla Rattray.

Geico Honda’s Wil Hahn made his return to racing after a prolonged recovery from injuries. He fared well with a sixth-place finish overall. His finish helped salvage an otherwise devastating weekend for the Geico Honda team as a whole. Eli Tomac’s day ended early when he crashed at Larocco’s Leap then was hit by an unsuspecting Travis Baker. Justin Barcia, on the other hand, did manage to line up for both motos but failed to finish either one of them. More on that below.
