The popular motocross consumer event hosted by TransWorld Motocross and named the TransWorld SLAM Festival is back and bigger than ever, taking place on Saturday, October 1 at the Milestone Ranch MX Park in Riverside, CA. Last year’s event was packed to capacity with fans, pro riders and plenty of dirt entertainment as Wil Hahn was named 2010 SLAM champion, claiming the cover of TransWorld Motocross magazine.
“We’re excited to bring such a great event back again and have it out at Milestone Ranch MX Park,” said TransWorld Motocross Editor In Chief Donn Maeda. “There is so much to experience during the day and having the pros out to battle against each other for some dough and our coveted cover spot is always a nice topper.”
Thanks to Red Bull and all the additional sponsors this year, the festival will again offer free admission and include a day full of activities for all ages including open track riding, kids’ learn-to-ride area, freestyle motocross demo, sponsor activities, Miss TransWorld Motocross Online Model Search Reveal, and tons of prizes and giveaway opportunities.
As the grand finale, attendees will want to check out the TransWorld SLAM head-to-head pro race where the winner takes all, including prize money, the highly sought after TransWorld SLAM belt, and the cover of TransWorld Motocross magazine!
