Favorite Gallery – X Games Kickstart
The joke and reason behind why the X Games Kickstart was done from Lutes’ living room went over the heads of many. It is a “made for TV” spectacle, plain and simple. The event is notorious for it’s lack of media access, unless you work for ESPN or ABC that is, and the lack of progression that has occurred in the last few years makes it a bit stale. I watch the entire thing with my hands over my eyes, peering between the cracks of in my fingers to avoid seeing the inevitable crash by someone who is attempting a trick they have no chance of landing. While the comment section was flooded with hatred and cries of laziness on the staff’s part, I thought that it was a perfect write up.
