With only three rounds remaining in the Monster Energy Supercross series, many of the riders are still hammering out laps at the various SX tracks around Southern California. Yesterday, we stopped by the Kawasaki facility to find out what was going on. As it turned out, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Dean Wilson was keeping his skills sharp for this weekend’s West Coast Lites round in Seattle, Washington, while Hart & Huntington/Dodge/Kawasaki teammates Ivan Tedesco and Tyler Bowers were putting in some laps as well.

This week was the first chance for Bowers to spend some time aboard the H&H bike, as he will be filling in on the injury-riddled team for the remainder of the Supercross season. His teammate Tedesco, however, will be sitting out the Seattle round. After racing New Orleans and failing to qualify for the main, IT decided that he just isn’t ready to race yet. “Once I can successfully do 20 laps, I’ll get back to the races,” Ivan said between motos.

Tyler Bowers will be riding for the Hart & Huntington/Dodge/Kawasaki team for the remainder of the Supercross season. He has been spending this week getting acquainted with his new machine.

Ivan Tedesco will not be racing in Seattle this weekend. Instead, he is going to concentrate on getting back in shape following his badly broken finger at the beginning of the season.

Dean Wilson is heading to Seattle this weekend with a very slim points lead over Geico Powersports Honda's Eli Tomac. With rain in the forecast, he says that he has never ridden a muddy Supercross before.

IT was cracking off some nice whips. "If I can't go fast yet I might as well look good," Ivan joked.
