Nico Izzi continued his streak of blazing fast practice times this weekend and was at the top of the board until the final lap of the practice session, when he was knocked to third by Brayton and Millsaps. He would finish sixth in the main event.

After his practice crash in Salt Lake, Cole Seely was forced to remain at the hospital until Thursday. Seely's return date to racing is questionable, as he suffered liver and kidney damage in the accident.
