Munn Racing /AnkleSavers /KTMs Shane Sewell #68 moved to the 450 class at Thunder Valley, Sewell rode the wheels off his EBR-DEP-WISECO 450 KTM SX-F. The highlight of the weekend was the second moto, His 450 KTM was blazing fast pulling the uphill start to a top ten start. Sewell moved up to sixth place and battled in the position for half the moto. Sewell finished the day in 13th overall and was the top placing KTM outside of the Factory Team.
Sara Pettersson #32 continued to steamroll toward the front. Pettersson pushed her EBR-DEP-Wiseco powered KTM 250SX-F to a top five finish in moto one and 7th place finish in moto two. Sara is learning the race pace of the leaders and she is expected to be running closer to the front as the season progresses. Sara currently sits in 8th position overall for the WMX Championships.
Tevin Tapia #211 continued to score championship points and finished 22nd overall for the day. Tapia and the team are working hard to put the Munn Racing /AnkleSavers / KTM toward the front.
Kerim Fitz-Gerald #884 raised his game at Thunder Valley qualifying well into the Fast 40 and finished the day out with 28th overall. Week in, week out Kerim is getting use to the fast pace and intensity of American professional motocross.
Sean Hackley Jr. #99 will make his long awaited return on his KTM 250 SX-F at Budds Creek. Sean is looking good and fast as ever.
