Dean Wilson reaped the benefits of Eli Tomac hitting the mat in San Diego. He grabbed the points lead as they took an eight week break, but when the two met in Seattle, it was Wilson on the ground after multiple incidents of contact. The shoulder injury he obtained in the crash made him a question mark heading into the Nationals and he was forced to withdraw after one round.
