Blake Baggett suffered from a mechanical issue in the second practice session of the day, but was safely locked into fifth place with his first session time. The Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider attempted to fix the issue on the side of the track, but pushed his bike back when he realized it was out of his control.
