CORONA, Calif., (August 9, 2012) - The Pro Circuit Factory Support Team earned 13 championships and 31 overall podium finishes at the 2012 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, which was held last week at Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. Adding to the impressive results were Pro Circuit Factory Support Team riders Jordan Bailey, Carter Halpain, and Garrett Marchbanks, who swept the podium in the 85 (9-11) Mod class. Pro Circuit’s Adam Cianciarulo also impressed by winning championships in both Super Mini classes, while motocross legend and Pro Circuit Factory Support Team Rider Ricky Carmichael made his return to the amateur scene by dominating Junior 25+ and taking home a championship after winning all three motos in the class.
The Pro Circuit Race Support crew was on hand at the iconic race in Hurricane Mills to help riders with everything from bike setup to tips on every day bike maintenance. The rig will take a break for a few months, but will make an appearance at the Transworld Motocross Slam in October before heading to the Thor Winter National Olympics, presented by Pro Circuit, which be held November 17-24, 2012 at Gatorback Cycle Park in Gainesvill, Fla.

Round 12 of the 2012 FIM World Motocross Championship was held at the GP of Czech Republic in Loket this past weekend. Pro Circuit riders have stayed solid all season, and both Christophe Pourcel and Tommy Searle are in the position for a strong finish to the series. Pourcel had a consistent ride and finished 2-3 in Loket for second overall in MX1. He is currently third in MX1 point standings. Searle finished 2-3 for second overall in MX2, and is currently second in MX2 point standings. Teammate Joel Roelants finished eighth in Loket, and is currently fourth in MX2 point standings.
The 2012 FIM World Motocross Championship will take a week off before resuming on August 19 at the GP of Great Britain in Matterley Basin, Winchester.

After a two-week hiatus, Pro Circuit riders are currently preparing for the ninth round of the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, which will be held this Saturday at the Moto-X 338 National in Southwick, Mass. With only four rounds remaining in the series, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Blake Baggett leads the 250 class by 11 points. Teammate Broc Tickle has spent the season quietly moving up the ranks in the 450 class, and is currently fifth, while Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Jake Weimer sits third overall.
