A small portion of speculation during this summer has surrounded the relationship between Monster Energy Drink and Kawasaki. This seemed unlikely, as the two have built an image and partnership that runs from the consumer market to the professional race team, but stranger things have happened in the sport. Although nothing is official, expect to see the Monster claw on Kawasaki race teams for years to come.

J-Star/JDR/KTM’s Matt Moss continues to struggle with the illness that caused the Australian to go under the knife to remove calcium deposits and lose the endurance and stamina needed to compete outdoors. Moss has not lined up since Budds Creek.
Either these or leftovers from last year, or KRoc really wants the “94” on his KTM.
Just before racing took place, Doug Henry took a lap around Unadilla on his custom YZ 450F. The bike, outfitted with a roll cage, allows Henry to continue to ride despite his paralysis. Doug is badass.
