Gates and tracks will both open on Saturday at 8AM, so we recommend arriving early to earn a choice parking area and the most time on the track possible. Riding sessions will be separated by skill level and all will be granted equal time on the circuits. To prepare the layout for the afternoon’s SLAM Pro Race, the Main Track will close at 2PM, while the Vet Track will remain open for an additional hour. At 3PM, all tracks will close as we divert attention to the namesake of the event, the SLAM Pro Race.
Jimmy Fitzpatrick and Derek Garland will perform FMX demos at the Rockstar Energy Metal Mulisha Freestyle Compound at 10:30AM and 12:15PM. As two of the most experienced members of the Metal Mulisha, the sets thrown down by Fitzpatrick and Garland will feature the most intense tricks in freestyle motocross. The Compound will be located near both Vendor Row and the Vet Track.
The SLAM Pro Race will conclude the day, as a select field of the sport’s best duel head-to-head on the Nick Wey designed track. Its two-lap, two-man format makes the SLAM Pro Race unlike any other event they compete in and encourages the racers to leave nothing to chance. Dean Wilson, Wil Hahn, and Justin Bogle all taken the money, the SLAM belt, and the December cover of TransWorld Motocross, but who will claim it this year?
