Before tearing his ACL right after wrapping up the 2012 Monster Energy Supercross Championship, Ryan Villopoto was on the gas every time he took to the track. This photo was shot during practice at the second round of the series at Phoenix. RV didn’t win that night—Ryan Dungey took a historical win for KTM—but that didn’t mean he wasn’t pinning it.
