The 2013 Amsoil Arenacross Series concluded Round 4 in Tulsa, Oklahoma this weekend. SCOTT Athletes Michael McDade, Dave Ginolfi and Daniel Blair were on hand to compete in front of the Tulsa crowd as well as honored guest and Supercross legend Ricky Carmichael.

SCOTT Athlete Michael McDade came out and showed why he is in the hunt for the 2013 Amsoil Arenacross Championship. In the first main event of the evening, McDade road his Mosites Motorsports Kawasaki to a 3rd place finish behind series points leader Tyler Bowers and runner up Kelly Smith. This set him up for an inverted starting position in the second main event. McDade would not be phased by the gate pick and shot to an early lead right out of the first corner with Tyler Bowers all over his back wheel. At the end of the 13 lap battle, it was SCOTT Athlete Michael McDade taking the win and making up some valuable points in the championship hunt. Michael’s 3-1 finish was good enough for 2nd overall on the night. McDade also finished second in the head to head bracket, losing only to his series rival Tyler Bowers. Michael now sits comfortably in 2nd overall in points with 180 and 3 wins to his credit.

SCOTT Athlete Dave Ginolfi made it into the main event but was unable to break into the top 10, scoring a 15th place finish in the first main. In the second main he was able to improve by one spot and crossed the finish line in 14th place. Ginolfi is still holding the number 10 spot in the overall point standings with 86 points.

SCOTT Athlete Daniel Blair was unable to make it into the main events Saturday in Tulsa. He fell back to 9th overall in points with 104.

The Amsoil Arenacross Series will move south to Cedar Park, Texas next week to start off the February racing action. Hope to see you all there!
