This ride day is being organized by an ambitious 17-year-old friend of Skyler’s, Austin Adams who also rides, and wants to see the Lembo family receive as much financial support as possible. His goal is to raise $10,000.00 for the family and I believe if we all come together, he WILL accomplish that!
About Skyler Lembo: For the past three years, the Lembo family has journeyed to Barstow for Thanksgiving, creating a holiday tradition that includes cruising around in the desert sun and eating deep-fried turkeys.
But this year what was supposed to be a day of thanks turned into a tragedy for that Simi Valley family when Ray and Tina Lembo’s 17-year-old son, Skyler, crashed his dirt bike, breaking his neck and damaging his spinal cord—leaving him paralyzed from his neck to his toes. Skyler is currently in intensive care at Loma Linda Medical Center. Skyler has been through over 10 hours of intensive surgery.
Skyler, a SImi Valley High School junior and football player is described as outgoing, very funny, and a loving and caring person that would do anything to make you smile. Lets make Skyler smile by showing him support and that there is a life after his injury #hopeforskyler
