The Albertson Project – Oklahome

How can you not like Jimmy Albertson? The guy has one of the best personalities in the pit area and enough of a passion for the sport to start and manage his own team to contest the 2014 Supercross season. There is plenty of work that goes into making a successful run at all 17 rounds of the championship, and most of that takes place in the weeks leading up to the first gate drop at Anaheim One. While most riders have set up camp in California, where the sun almost always shines and every major brand is within a few hour drive, Jimmy has elected to stay in the Midwest to ride at Trey Canard’s Oklahoma compound and drive his small Chevy S-10 to Texas so that he can test with Merge Racing and his brother/mechanic, Gregg.
