With our latest project, TransWorld Motocross: The Flow, in the can, we knew the only way to celebrate its debut was to invite our readers for a night of bench racing, drinks, and the first screening of the film. Our production partners UNIT and VonZipper helped make the evening at the Yost Theater in Santa Ana, California, one that’ll be hard to top and a line of fans stretched down the block with Red Bulls in hand, grabbed a photo in front of the red carpet banner, and headed inside for a prime spot at bar to watch from. When the lights dimmed and the film began to play, the packed house cheered for each rider’s section in the film. Wil and Tommy Hahn’s run around Texas kicked the film off, with the sounds of Wil’s GEICO Honda CR125R screaming over the sound system, then transitioned into Christian Craig and Lance Coury’s tamed run, Dean Wilson’s high-speed whips, Nick Wey and Cooper Webb’s secret spot session, Ryan Villopoto’s flat-tout speed, and finally Josh Grant’s effortless whips over the biggest hits in Central California. The featured riders disected each other’s parts and complimented one another for their skills and flow, while fans watched on in awe.
The full movie is now available for purchase and rental on iTunes, in both standard and high definition. With the holidays just around the corner, it’s the perfect thing to watch during travel or to spend the numerous gift cards you will undoubtedly receive.
