KALI PROTECTIVES AATMA HELMET
SIZES: XS-XXL
COLORS: Team black, rat black, rat gray, rat white, rat orange, pattern black, pattern blue, pattern brown
PRICE: $299
We got our hands on a few of the all-new AATMA helmet from Kali Protectives. We haven’t had the chance to ride in it yet, but it definitely has some eye-catching features and an interesting construction process.
The EPS liner is actually constructed inside the shell, as opposed to molding the liner and then gluing it to the shell. This makes the helmet lighter, and Kali claims this also makes it stronger. One thing’s for sure, at 1200 grams, the Aatma is one of the lighter helmets on the market.
The Aatma is ECE 22.05 and DOT compliant, as well as designed to meet the standards of the upcoming SNELL M-2010 rating.

Wow, that helmet looks rad, I hope its a good deal, because if it is that light and that cheap it would certantly be a bargain.

have the infamous Sparx test?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Now that you mention it, yes. And it passed with flying colors!
There’s a funny twist though…this helmet kicked my ass! I was wearing an Adidas warm up jacket - you know, kinda shiny and slippery - and when I was squeezing it as hard as I could, the helmet slipped against my chest and popped me in the chin. hahahha
