None of the videos load for me any more since you guys swithced to the new player. old ones always worked fine I have good pc and highspeed internet but for some reason it just never pops up. there is just a little box with a gray outline and a tiny gray dot in the middle. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated. thanx
