Jacksonville just may have been the best Supercross race we have seen all year. While the championship was already decided for the East Coast Lites series, both classes had some excellent racing. In the Supercross class, James Stewart and Chad Reed definitely gave the Florida crowd their money’s worth and showed that the fight for the championship will likely go all the way to the last lap in Las Vegas. A mere five points now separate the two riders in what is proving to be one of the more tense championship battles in several years. One obstacle that Dirt Wurx seems to have liked about Travis Pastrana's St. Louis track are the walled berms. They made another appearance in Jacksonville and from a photography standpoint, make for some good shooting.

I thought Vince Friese’s bike quit on him…. i doubt he crashed out. They even interviewed him on speed and he said his motor quit.

Tyler Wharton DID qualify for the main on a bike he had never ridden. He only had ONE qualifying session and he was able to lay down the 18th fastest time. He finished fourth in his Heat Race and then while in fifth in the main, Durham jumped and landed right on Tyler’s back. From last place he charged back to 15th and then came up short on a triple and broke his foot peg. Unbelievable result on a bike and BRAND he has never ridden…Go Tyler!!

Great race for KW he should have a good shot at outdoor title. Good race w/ JS and CR. Not as good as JM and RC when they were swapping first place 10 times a race.

All Reed does is complain. Read the Monday Conversations. He get’s annoying.
Every time he loses on the podium he makes excuses. It’s never because other riders rode better.

it was nice talking to u on the scene js showed the fans that he can ride smart the skills are the best the sport has seen in the speed is what has reed scrathing his head at the end of nite cuz reed rode his hart out and at the end showed that js took his sole and reed got a little piss and went back his dirty ways great job js

to jp: the slide shows not showing all of the caption is indeed really annoying. What I do is click the “View Pictures for Download” link above the slide show. That way I can go through the pictures and actually read the full captions - and not have to deal with the slow-responding slideshow thing.
This was fun to go through as always, though. Being fed pictures with fun little facts that went on through the race day is super entertaining. keep up the good work!

You can scroll down under the pictures and it will let you read the last line of the caption.
The problem I’m having though is when I’m trying to go through the pictures it took me three times because something on the site keeps causing my internet to freeze and then eventually shut down! I’m not sure what it is but it only happens when I’m on transworlds site!

I think stewart crys to much. i mean when they were out there practicing he had to say something about reed getting in his lines and what not. Its not his sport. Why does he have to think hes thatman and he runs the show?

I hope the yellow bike riders dont start that riding dirty sh%*!!JS7 didnt ride dirty he just rode behnd Reed and passed him he didnt even touch him to make the pass!!Mike alessi looks like he will just get out of the way it dont appear that him and Reed are the best of team mates.Mike alessi will be on a blue bike next yr!!LOL
