Since wrapping up the Supercross championship in Las Vegas a week and a half ago, the big question on everyone’s mind has been if James Stewart is going to defend his AMA Outdoor National Championship and race the Nationals this summer. With two weeks off between the final SX and the first outdoor National, we met up with Stewart while he was getting some testing done just in case he gets the chance to race the outdoors. And before you leave a comment wondering where the video is, be patient, Swap will have that posted up momentarily. Enjoy!

Lets hope Stewie shows up for ALL the nationals, not just a select few!!! Having him and Reed both racing outdoors is sure to be a great boost for the sport in conjunction with the improved TV package this year. RV park finished indoors really well and I don't think anyone can say he's slower outdoors. Here's to what will hopefully be an amazing outdoor season!

AMA should bring back the grand national title, so the riders have a stronger motivation to ride the whole year.
not riding outdoors that is ridiculous! outdoors is the birthplace of our sport is where the true motocross family gathers, I hate when "stars" make this kind of decisions.

i was out there at comp today watchin and bubba was on the gas all though he did slam pretty hard and his bike looked like it was tryin to break dance on the track

I thought Fox and Stewart parted ways because James only wanted to do indoor and Fox wanted to make sure their fans knew they supported outdoor as well?

The only reason reed wanted to race nationals is because stewart was not, and the only way he can win is if stewart is not there, or crashes…Villo will be fast and so will Mikey…its gonna be a good season..

its all going to be between alessi and rv then later in the season reed will get fast
