The second round of the AMA nationals from Hangtown is in the books. After a day filled with excellent racing, you know we have plenty of pictures of the action.

The much anticipated kickoff of the outdoor nationals was full of racing action all day long. Transworld MX was there in full force to capture the action and bring it to you.

We caught up with Red Bull Honda’s Ashley Fiolek at Perris Raceway today, as she practiced in preparation for her WMA National Championship defense…

Ashley Fiolek joined TWMX at Perris Raceway as she prepares for her WMA title defense. Fresh off a trip to the WMX race in Bulgaria, the factory Red Bull Honda riders looks to be ready for the first round of the WMA next month.

Despite some very strong winds, Nate Adams came out to Starwest MX park to put in some laps, bringing Robbie Maddison and Taka Higashino with him. The three FMX riders put in a few motos to show they can do more than backflips and tricks.

While doing some product testing at Starwest MX, Transworld MX caught Josh Hill, Nathan Ramsey, and fast amateur Blake Bagget turning laps on the track.

Wednesday practice at Perris Raceway is always a popular time for the pro riders to do their testing, and today was no different. West Coast points runner-up Jake Weimer was out there pounding laps, as was Mike Sleeter and WORCS and outdoor rider Robby Bell. Check out a few photos from the day.

When the Supercross series moves to the East Coast, it is common to see the West Coast riders begin testing for the outdoor season. A trip to Glen Helen this morning saw a few of the riders putting in laps.
