Inside/Outside Track Design a Staple at MGM Grand Garden Arena
AURORA, Ill. (August 5, 2005) ¿ Clear Channel Entertainment¿s Motor Sports division announced today the 2005 U.S. Open track lay out at the MGM Grand Garden Arena October 7-9, which will once again feature the distinct inside/outside track design that has been a staple at the Las Vegas showdown since its inception.
¿This year¿s U.S. Open track should be one of the best yet,¿ said Rich Winkler, of Dirt Wurx. ¿It¿s more technical and tighter than the previous year¿s, which will make it challenging for the riders ¿ there are still some straight-aways to allow for speed as well. The track should be a happy medium, pleasing both the fans and the riders.¿
