Lake Forest, CA (January 18, 2007) — Asterisk and Weekend Warrior are pleased to announce a mutually beneficial collaboration for the remainder of the Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross series.
Weekend Warrior has graciously offered to Asterisk the use one of their incredible new “Road Warrior toy hauler/motor homes. This will replace the Asterisk box van previously used in the Supercross pits to run its rider service and product display. “The Road Warrior will be a huge upgrade to the program, says Tom Carson, Race Support Manager for Asterisk. “It will be a much more comfortable setting for our athletes when they come by to get their braces serviced, try something new on, or just to hang out. It will also serve as a nice lounge for our sales reps and key dealers, at each round of the series, to stop in and hang out. Weekend Warrior will gain the benefit of putting their Road Warrior in front of its target market at each round of the Supercross series. “We are pumped to have this opportunity to show off the Road Warrior in front of Supercross fans and industry alike, says Mike Beier, Marketing Director at Weekend Warrior. “We are confident they will all be impressed.
