TUSTIN, Calif. (November 21, 2003) – Shoei is pleased to announce that Suzuki¿s Broc Hepler will be wearing Shoei helmets for his AMA Supercross debut in 2004. Broc will join Sean Hamblin and Ernesto Fonseca on the Shoei team.
After closing out his stellar amateur career with a national championship at Loretta Lynn¿s this summer, Broc immediately proved to be a contender in the AMA National series. The 17-year-old put in a top 10 finish in the first moto at Steel City.
Broc took time off from his training to give us this statement; ¿I’m excited to be wearing Shoei helmets next year. I intend to be the best at Supercross and motocross and I want to be wearing the best helmet. A helmet is the most important piece of gear that you wear and you have to feel safe in it. I know that my Shoei helmet will give me peace of mind and make me feel safe every time I’m on the track. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with Shoei.¿
Shoei wishes Broc the best of luck in 2004.
