Concept Haulers Teams With RedBud For 2005 & Beyond

Top custom-designed motorcoach manufacturer to showcase its product at July 4th weekend AMA National, enjoying relationship with RedBud that dates back to 1973

BUCHANAN, Mich., (March 30, 2005) — The National Promoters Group announced today that Concept Haulers has been named as the presenting sponsor for the 2005-2007 AMA Motocross Championship round at RedBud.

Kevin Boyle, President of Concept Haulers, has been racing at RedBud since 1973 and looks forward to continuing his long-standing relationship with the Ritchie family (promoters of the RedBud round) through a sponsorship program for this year’s AMA National at RedBud.

“I grew up racing with the Ritchies and got to know Tim (Ritchie) really well, said Boyle. “Tim approached me and said they have a space open for a sponsorship and, since I strongly believe in advertising, decided to get involved. RedBud is close by to our factory (Concept Haulers is headquartered in Morris, Ill.) and we have a ton of people there that ride for us.

“There’s always a lot of hype at RedBud, it’s consistently one of the highest-attended Nationals of the year and always a huge race for us. So Concept Haulers is looking forward to continuing our great relationship with the Ritchies and RedBud.

Tim Ritchie, who’s been friends with Boyle for some time, said that the match between Concept Haulers and RedBud was a natural.

“Kevin need look no further than our parking lot during the National to find the best candidates in the region for his Concept Hauler motorcoaches, said Ritchie. “Great attention to detail, super strong and custom built to his customers’ specs, the Concept Hauler line of motorcoaches is THE way to travel in style to the motocross races.

Boyle’s passion for motocross runs deep. As a 250 A and Expert class racer his career peaked back in the early 1980s when box vans were the norm. Boyle knew from that time that he could build a better vehicle to attend the races. But it wasn’t until his sons got involved in racing that his interest in the race hauler business was sparked.

“We started out as just a dealer, then I got into the designing end, said Boyle. “In our first year, 2003, we sold 11. Last year we sold 31. In addition to race rigs, Concept Haulers just finished the fifth mobile business office for Microsoft.

Teams and athletes using Concept Haulers rigs include: Travis Pastrana, Ryan Clark, Maxxis Tires (which has two of them, one for each coast), Bob Gilberson (NHRA funny car driver), Keith Foulke (Boston Red Sox pitcher), Atomic 22 race team, Ron Joynt (SoCal Decal), Kevin Hanson (AMA road racer), and top pro privateer Clayton Miller, along with numerous top amateur motocrossers.
