On Friday, June 1st, 2007, Jerico Littrell passed away from a motocross accident that caused traumatic brain injuries. Jerico was an experienced rider who always put safety first. However, on May 13th he cleared a 110 foot jump but got caught in an endo and landed face first into hard pack dirt. He was in a coma and on life support for 3 weeks in the Neuro ICU unit after receiving emergency brain surgery. Jerico was self-employed and his wife stays at home with their 1-year-old baby daughter. His family lives in Missouri and his wife’s family lives in Iowa so they don’t have a lot of local support other than their church and friends.
The friends and family have set up a website and are accepting donations through the site to help his wife with the medical bills and general expenses. Anything that can be done would be a great help.
