Indoor Motocross to Invade NASCAR Country at LJMV Coliseum January 13-15
Demuth, Hofmaster, Bess, Hagseth, Lacey, Hinson ¿ They’ll all be there in Winston-Salem at the LJVM Coliseum this Friday and Saturday night to battle it out in the K&N presents BooKoo Arenacross Series Brought to you by Toyota!
The racing has been awesome all season and continues to get even hotter as the return of Hagseth and Lacey last weekend in Reading was met with the departure of Woods, the then championship points leader, following an injury he suffered in a practice crash New Year’s Day.
Round 8 gets underway Friday night with doors opening at 6 p.m. for the BooKoo Energy Drink Track Walk where fans get the chance to come down to the floor of the arena and walk on the 1600 yards of dirt that will be used to construct the track. No other racing series allows such access to the arena floor during an event so if you have the opportunity, get there early!
Opening Ceremonies will begin at 7:15 p.m. both nights with the gate dropping for professional motorcycle racing at 7:30 p.m. Trevor Vines will be in the lineup as he performs some of his best tricks during a break in the racing action. The action wraps up around 10:30 p.m.
Sunday belongs to the local amateurs as they take control of the track for the 21-class amateur shootout with doors opening at 11:00 a.m. and main event racing beginning at noon.
