Local Benefit for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation

Doug Schneider and Safety Solution, Inc are proud to present the 2nd Annual MX for Charity® MX School benefiting the juvenile diabetes research foundation. The benefit was developed to bring attention to the juvenile diabetes foundation and its mission to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International (JDRF) is the leading charitable funder and advocate of type 1 (juvenile) diabetes research worldwide.

Additionally, the event is also a chance to show the local community that motocross is a family sport and that motocross riders are more than willing to help and support our community and charitable organizations and to hopefully create a life-changing impact for an individual that deserves nothing less.

The benefit school is being held at Nebraska Raceway Park, in Greenwood, NE on June 3rd. The track time has been graciously donated for use by Nebraska Raceway Park. The Soaring Edge MX Park features both a motocross/supercross track and a track designed exclusively for four wheelers.

The school itself is being instructed by 125 Supercross Champion Denny Stephenson and Arena Cross Team manager, Chris hunter. Denny and Chris will be educating the riders on all aspects of motocross including; safety, bike setup, starting, cornering, and jumping.

There will be a total of 30 spots for riders of the 1 day course. At present, the rate for the school will be $100.00 per rider. We are expecting to donate approximately $5,000 to the juvenile diabetes foundation.
