Welcome to Mid-Week Kickstart, Presented by One Industries. We know, we know…it’s usually Monday Kickstart, but with the Anaheim 1 season opener only days away, it’s been extra hectic at the TransWorld Motocross offices. Consider this our mulligan for the year, but tune in next Monday for a bear of a Monday Kickstart from Anaheim 1!
Last week, we spent a ton of time out at Ryan Villopoto’s place, mostly because all of the factory Supercross tracks were flooded due to the recent rains in SoCal. On Wednesday, we shot some video with Rockstar Suzuki’s Ryan Morais…

Jake Weimer is nursing a freshly broken arm, but he was definitely on the gas leading up to the opening of the 2011 Supercross season. In honor of our injured bud, here are some JW wallpapers to keep him fresh in our minds…
With the Supercross season about to explode onto your television and computer screens, we thought we’d put together a nice little sub-page that will show all of our Supercross video and photos, just in case you miss it in the shuffle of our main Website. Just remember TWMX.COM/SX11 to see all of the action from each round of Supercross. Don’t worry, though; you will still be able to access each and every race report, interview, and photo gallery on the homepage of TWMX.COM.
Also keep your mobile locked on our TWITTER for up-to-the-minute updates from the race.
Catching Up With Dean Wilson
I've been good. I haven't been riding much because I injured my shoulder right before Christmas. I've been doing a lot of physical therapy for that, and my shoulder is feeling a lot better. I have a lot of movement and strength in it now, too. Other than that, I haven't been doing much.
How did you end up injuring your shoulder?
I was out testing to get ready for Anaheim, and I had a little crash. It's actually a lot better than it was because it was pretty gnarly when it first happened. I definitely feel like I can ride, so whether it would be Anaheim or Houston, I'm ready.
Are you looking forward to the Dirt Shark again?
Ahh, the Dirt Shark! I can't wait to see the Dirt Shark again. I'm just bummed that I won't be racing at Anaheim 1, though. I've always wanted to race Anaheim 1, but I guess I'm going to have to race on the East coast again.
Are you pumped to be a part of the Monster Energy/Pro Cicuit/Kawasaki team again?
Yeah, I'm so stoked. I feel so fortunate to have this opportunity again, and I really want to win. I know I can do it, so we'll see. As soon as I can start riding again, which will probably be in two or three weeks, I'm going to start practicing again and I'm going to get back up to speed.
