Monster Energy’s Tucker Hibbert 4th Overall at Monster/CMRC MX Nationals In Saskatchewan

CORONA, Calif., (June 25, 2007) — Monster Energy/Cernic’s/Kawasaki’s Tucker Hibbert went 6-3 to take fourth overall at the Monster Energy CMRC Motocross Nation als West coast MX2 stop at Moto Valley Raceway in Regina, Saskatchewan.

After a disappointing, rained out opening round last weekend in Morden, Manitoba, Hibbert was ready to put in a full race day on a dry track. In the first moto, Hibbert had a great start but after afew mistakes, he found himself fighting through traffic. He charged hard and never gave up to finish a strong sixth.

In moto two, Hibbert was quick off the gate again, ripping out of the first corner in sec ond. He battled with a pack of four riders the entire moto on a rough, high-speed track; making it an exciting 41-rider, 25-minute moto. Hibbert continued to lay down fast laps throughout the race to finish third behind Jimmy Nelson and Ben Evens. Hibbert banked 35 points Sunday, moving him to eighth in the points championship.

The Monster Nationals has next weekend off but Hibbert is heading back to the States for round five of the AMA Toyota Motocross Lites Cham pionship at RedBud Track & Trail in Buchanan, Mich.
