Yoshimura R&D of America, Inc. is undergoing rapid growth and are currently looking for new sales talent to join our motorcycle division inside sales force.
This position will be responsible for driving sales at the retail and dealer level and provide customer and technical support on various Yoshimura Products. Focused inbound telesales to an established but growing customer and dealer base. Increase sales through inbound calls, e-mails and mailings. Meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue goals and product quotas as established. Successfully educate dealer and retail base on Yoshimura history, image and mission. Acquire extensive knowledge of the features and specifications of Yoshimura products and successfully communicate the unique qualities of the products and services we offer. Ability to learn technical specs and provide support to customers. Manage sales orders, backorders, RA¿s, general order entry, inventory levels and sales forecasts. Attend sales trade shows and dealer events as required.
Successful candidates are goal-oriented, outgoing, motivated, persuasive, able to multi-task and possess a desire to learn. Must have ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A pleasant personality, professional phone manner and great communication skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks is essential. A minimum of 1-2 years experience is required. Internal sales and product training will be provided. Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook with formal training desired. Knowledge of MAS90/200 is a big plus. A High School Diploma is required. General knowledge and passion for motorcycle motorsports must be possessed by the candidate.
