2. Sponsorship Acquisition- working with teams, riders, events and organizations to secure both endemic and non-endemic sponsors and assist those sponsors in creating and activating relevant initiatives that target the MX community.
3. Racer Management and Representation- working closely with select racers to manage and negotiate sponsorship deals with both endemic and non-endemic sponsors, developing and managing media/ business opportunities and strategically building athlete value to satisfy sponsor investments.
