Corona, CA (October 8, 2007) — Cole Gress of American Suzuki Motor Corp and his Amateur motocross team for 2008 have inked a deal with Pro Taper. Pro Taper will be the official team supplier of Handlebars, Grips and Sprockets for Suzuki’s Amateur racing efforts.
Some of the best amateur riders in country are under the yellow tent for 2008, riders like: Eli Tomac, Ian Trettel, Darryn Durham, Terren Odell and Justin Weeks. Many riders have come thru Cole’s program with great success, Travis Pastrana, Davi Millsaps, Ryan Dungey and Nico Izzi to name a few.

Pro Taper has been enjoying success with the addition of sprockets in its line up of complete line of control products to compliment our already standard setting EVO, Contour and S.E. model handlebars.
Team Suzuki will make their debut at this year’s 2008 Mini Olympics in Gainesville, Florida. The event goes from November 19th thru the 24th.
