After a torrential downpour during last year’s Daytona Supercross presented by Honda at the famous Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, fans and riders alike were greeted with perfect weather for this year’s race.

Having led all but the final lap during last year’s race, Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki’s Chad Reed came to Daytona looking for redemption. But after posting the fourth quickest time in practice, things weren’t looking too good for the speedy Australian. In the main event, though, he managed to overcome a bad start to catch the surprise of the day Boost Mobile/ampm/Monster’s Jason Lawrence in the closing stages of the race to secure his third win at the grueling Daytona SX. As for Reed’s series rival, San Manuel Band of Mission Indians/Yamaha’s James Stewart, he was a casualty of a first turn pileup that claimed numerous riders in the main event. Stewart remounted to climb back up to seventh by the finish. Heading into next week’s race in New Orleans, Reed now has a nine-point lead over James.

In the Lites class, after losing last week in Indy, points leader Monster/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Christophe Pourcel took a hard-fought win to extend his growing lead in the East Coast Lites division. As for last week’s winner, Austin Stroupe, he crashed hard on the opening lap and dropped out of the race. Muscle Milk/MDK/KTM’s Martin Davalos finished second while Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki’s Nico Izzi completed the podium.

LITES QUALIFYING

Heat One:

After over coming a bad start, Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki’s Nico Izzi fought through the pack to earn a hard-fought win in the first Lights class heat race, leading Star Racing/Yamaha’s Darryn Durham home. in other news: it looks like everyone forgot what james did for this sport. he changed it..completely…for the better. (not hatin, just sayin.)

  • Brendan Says:

hahahahaha ALL YOU HATERS!!!!!! J-LAW BABY!!!

  • Eric Says:

Everyone who talk so much shit about J-LAW, LOOK AT THE RESULTS !! SECOND PLACE, EH WHAT??? YEPP !!! Great Job.

  • HyperFX Says:

Everyone deserves respect, but some earn disrespect.
At Daytona, Lawrence earned back a little respect, NOT by how well he did race-wise, but by how well he handled himself on and off the track. He acted like a man, for a change. He knew he had nothing left for Reed, and gave him room to pass.
He’s still in the negative, as far as respect, but he just earned a little of his lost respect back. I hope he doesn’t disappoint us by acting like “No-Law” again. Congrats to Lawrence on his great strides at becoming a man!

  • max Says:

In jlaws last interview he was running stock triple clamps which means stock fork tubes. In these pictures he has aftermarket clamps. Does anyone know if he switched to larger fork tubes? or anything like larger shock shaft? Also in the practice pictures it looked like wey still had stock clamps?

  • Jem Stone #910 Says:

J-Law did awesome! It’s good to see him up on the podium.
Sucks that Stroupe ended up falling so far back. He’s my favorite Lites rider & I was hoping he could have a shot at the championship, but I’m not to sure now.
And where did Josh Grant go?! He’s my favorite in the supercross class, and I don’t see him mentioned at all!

  • ranks75 Says:

JS! Blood if you’re reading this, you’ve now got to show the world why you are the fastest and the best rider in the world. The title race is now on and Chad is consistant and riding strong. But f*** that cause i know for No. 7 the top spot is the only spot.

  • ryan Says:

happy to see reed out front. very surprised to see j-law come in second in his first 450 race. maybe we’ll see him move up sooner.

  • harvest Says:

WOW!!!!! James Stewart got up from that first turn crash and still rode???!! Evan Ricky Carmichael was blown away!

James! what a competitor!!!!He’s gotta be from another planet! And shouts out to J-Law for hanging in there on a 450 (20 laps) Hats of to Chad Reed for the Win.

Josh Hill I was rooting for ya the whole way in your heat race lmaooo.

  • Johnny John Jones aka Jake Says:

    “Flashy Fast Rat” JASON LAWRENCE KICK YOUR ASS! The most stunning AMA Supercross class debut since Stewart-05 … Reed-03 … Windham-97(re) … McGrath-93… Bradshaw-90… Lechien-83 … Hannah-77…
!!!!! J-LAW 2110 AMA SX 450 CHAMPION!!!! Good Job with him TWMX!

  • Antonio Says:

J.law makes supercross really more interesting!

  • derhalunke Says:

Thank you J-LAW you made my day:)

  • cr94 Says:

reed reed reed 2for2 new points leader!!!

  • Sock110 Says:

J-Law proved he has talent. At least he realized he couldn’t win and didn’t take out Reed.

Also, anybody know what happened to Josh Grant? Saw that he swapped up pretty bad and they were checking out his leg.

  • Francis Says:

What a ride from lawrence, AWESOME!!!

  • sxracer44 Says:

Yeah Reed!! J-Law got skills, only wish he would start acting his age though.

  • Anonymous Says:

i think he acted his age when he let reed by because he knows hes not in the chase for the ship

  • Marty27 Says:

    awesome race

  • ZA Says:

Wheres all the people saying James is the best and no one can touch him, I don’t see any one talking about how good he is now. Chad is now the fastest man on the planet.

  • james Says:

best race of the year. it was really refreshing to see reed and stewart have to battle through the pack.

wonder if hes gonna get in trouble for cutting the track.in the first turn he cut the inside and went around the pack of downed riders, he didnt really have much of a choice but i bet with his history they might be looking to get him. and the take out milsaps did on alessi i also thought was bs

and for the record jlaw haters hate jlaw cuz of his off track crap, never said he isnt fast

  • Ian Says:

last to 7th when he ws so knocked around he didnt know what bike was his? that is in credible buddy! best race ever, Lawrence for president!! gotta love the kid

  • MoToX534 Says:

it was way better to hear RC and Emig give out some useful info instead of hearing that tool Ralph Shaheen talk out of his a** the whole time.

  • Sock110 Says:

Yeah really! Every pass that is made Shaheen says ‘Bar to bar!’ come up with something new dude. seriously.

  • Enemy155 Says:

I think the supercross points system should be rethought. Reed had 2 wins Stewart has 7. And somehow Reed is winning the championship. Im not a Reed or Stewart fan i just think there should be a little more points for the winner each time.

  • mx723 Says:

yea I totally agree, that’s bullshit

  • Yamahaman Says:

How can people say that Reed is the fastest man on the planet? He has won two little races in a row and everyone is saying how much better he is than Stewart? What about the last 7 races in a row that Stewart won? Doesn’t that mean anything? And the only reason Reed one and that immature little terrorizer J-Law won was because Stewart went down. They can’t even come close when Stewart races a flawless race, as evidenced by the previous 7 races.

  • xxxracingxxx Says:

well then i guees they were better then him tonight(seeing as they didnt go down), dont be so upset cause your favorite rider lost 2 in a row and dont be upset how j-law just shut up all the haters out there. get over it. J-LAW, REED!!!!!!

  • Yamahaman Says:

I’m not upset, I just think that people need to realize that one race doesn’t necessarily mean they are the fastest on the planet. I agree they were faster on this one night, but that doesn’t mean they are the fastest on earth.

  • period187 Says:

Ok this is the deal; Gotta give BOTH Reed and James credit for their jobs last night. Both of them were WAAAYYY back at the start and came through to put in quality finishes. If Bubba got his bike back faster he would have battled, he must have hit his head hard. Chad just put in his laps to pull out that win, but if Lawrence ever gets his ass in shape, watch out!!! He showed me something last night, great job J-Law!!!

  • period187 Says:

Gotta give props to Chad for coming back from way back. Gotta give props to Bubba for getting up and pulling out a respectable finish, and I feel if he would had gotten his bike back sooner, he would have been in the mix. But for real, mad respect for J-Law, c’mon kid get serious!!! You are a legit threat!!!!

  • sxfan Says:

Ruts up daytona, way to keep up guessing. J-laws return? nice
Too bad Bubba knocked himself silly. Looking forward to more suprises, props to Izzy.

  • period187 Says:

And one more thing, what kind of pass was THAT Davi??? ” Oh yea we were cool after me and Mike”, yea right!!!!

  • Anonymous Says:

Well not taking sides or anything I like Stewart more but Reed has been more consistent with his finishes.

  • ZA Says:

We can say Reed is the fastest on the planet becasue everyone always said Bubba was before and now Reed has taken it to him two weekends in a row, also Reed had the fastest lap time at Daytona so please don’t say he only won becasue James fell.

  • Spenolly Says:

Yamahaman is right…what would the race have been like if Stewart hadn’t grabbed so much front brake and taken out half of the field. Even though I am not a Stewart fan Bubba can and did ride the heck out of that wild track, despite a jacked up bike and helmet. For those J-LAW fans, give me a break. One small act of courtesy on his part and you call us all haters. He rode well, but he didn’t come from the back of the pack like Reed or Stewart. These guys are the LeBron and Kobe of supercross. You won’t be talkin next week about J-LAW like he’s the man. Even superstars have an off night. (Luckily, there wasn’t a big tractor tire on that first turn…that would have hurt)

  • MX814 Says:

GO J LAW, AND REED!!!!!!!!!! massive respect for stewart though. its amazing he came from last to 7th on that daytona track. GO REED!!!!!!!!!!

  • tattracing Says:

Way to go Reed! Silly mistake by Stewert, icking up Hill’s Bike..

  • 772 Says:

when will it be on t.v.? what channel?

  • Jarrett Dean Says:

AWESOME RACE! CRAZY Crash off the start! MAD Props to Dirt Wurk and Ricky for an awesome and DEMANDING track! J-Law is a punk, but I’ll give the dude credit - he can ride a bike (and even more impressive a 450!) Congrats Reed - impressive to come thru the pack. Making for a great season - good job guys!

  • Anonymous Says:

local guy brad ripple makin it to the main!! Represent northern IL!!!!

  • Stephen122193 Says:

Hop off his nuts man. He ALMOST won one race so wat.

  • RM250#739 Says:

and correct me if im wrong, but i am pretty sure stewart did not finish anahiem 1, while reed got 3rd. that is the biggest reason the points is how it is right now

  • Anonymous Says:

Why don’t you guys look at statistics alone to figure out your argument. When stewart does not crash he is 100% on wins, therfore it is hard to argue that any other rider including reed can touch him when it is straight up. I could care less either way, but thought I would settle your silly gripes. Check the paper and the stats! Stewart up, Stewart Wins. End of Discussion!

  • RM250#739 Says:

it definitely would have been a more mixed race if stewart did not crash and take down all those key players with him, but i still think reed and lawrence would have had a similar finish to what they got.

  • Steve179 Says:

The only reason Reed won was because Stewart fell. Seriously

  • xxxracingxxx Says:

agree. look at the lap times. j-law still had faster times then everyone but reed and stewart. Look on paper how many seasons bubba started and how many he finshed and didnt finsh due to him crashing. more then reed thats for sure.

  • rt3 Says:

not the 100% at all coz i remember vancouver 2006 when stewart gets passed by RC by going faster not for stewart fall

  • kxf rider Says:

where are all the j-law haters at now? SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!!!!!! J-LAW RULES!!!!!

  • Anonymous Says:

two LITTLE races? 1.Daytona is not a little race, its the big race
    2.Stewart cracks under pressure
3.Jlaw is way better than whoever the hell you are and was fastest in practice
4.While stewart is faster than reed, Reed is a better smoother rider, and almost never caves in under pressure, and he forced stewart to fall at indy.
    5. Your an idiot and you lose

  • Anonymous Says:

haha, your an idiot too, that stat is only for this year and shows nothing more than the fact that you listen to jeff emig and ralph shaheen

  • One thing Says:

the only thing that could have made this race better is if JS would have got Hills bike going and rode off with it, you ahve to wonder when he would have realized it wasnt his and how would he get his back?

  • FLARider Says:

Yea that’s respect alrite, if you call cutting the first corner for him to get to the position he did respectable.

  • Candino1 Says:

Well, I think Stewart fans should start realizing in this sport it’s not how many times you win, it’s more about consistency. Reed has not finished worse than third!! And if I remember correctly Stewart got a big fat DNF at Anaheim-1. Does anyone remember the year the Patriots went 18-0 and lost the Super Bowl? It’s about the title!!!

  • brew2nite Says:

J-Law with a solid big bike fitness program… Makes Dungy look like the pushover that he is!! I LOVE IT!!! J-LAW is the Tyler Evans that can back up his mouth!!! Factory teams get your contracts ready!!

  • T.D.214 Says:

For all the J-law lovers out there, it’s no surprise he did well, although it’s clear he needs to get in shape. Nobody ever said anything about his talent… the boy can ride for sure! That’s what made me hate him in the first place. Amazing talent, amazing opportunity but constantly trying to throw it all away with stupidity! Us so called haters just wish he would grow up and act his age instead of acting like a freshmen in highschool!!

  • Scott173 Says:

Umm yea it is a big deal!

  • Scott173 Says:

It sure the hell does! That just happened!

  • ranks75 Says:

Dear James Stewart!! Blood don’t sweat it, everybody makes mistakes and it doesn’t matter how many times either. You are the best and fastest man in the world on a mx machine. I know you’ll come back and show everyone that the top spot is the only spot for No.7.

  • Remember Says:

are we all so quick to forget Unadilla ‘02? James is and has always been faster than reed.

  • Kj Says:

T.D.214 well said. I am a Jlaw fan, but his stupidity kills me. I root for him, but then he just lets Reed by, that was not respect, that was pussy. Reed would have passed him anyway, but cmon man, fight for what you have earned. Reed is a class act, but Stewart is my man, and he will go on a terror again now and win this thing. He needs to hang back and let reed make the mistakes now, and blow by him on the 18th lap.

  • Anonymous Says:

JS! just accept the fact that he’s fastest! yeah he rides on the edge and that gets him n trouble sometimes, but definitely the fastest overall. he has the ability to turn it up whenever he wants.

  • Anonymous Says:

yeah right reed’s the fastest on the planet….maybe third..after the Goat and Stewart. He can’t even run the outdoors and win…where was he when Stewart went undefeated????
Playing with his barbies down under..

  • Anonymous Says:

    hmmm MXON also……reed sucked..

  • Zach Says:

Damn most of you these comments are from some morons for sure. Reed was better than Stewart last night. Stewart crashed; Reed didn’t. Reed still came from the back to win. Lawrence rode awesome and I’m not a fan at all. It was a great race.

  • redalert144 Says:

nope thats for stewarts entire sx career look it up

  • Hoobastench Says:

I think Stewart is actually down 11 points now…

  • Anonymous Says:

dungy had a second last year in the big bike class. and J-LAW has yet to beat him this year. j-law was fast this weekend and what did dungy have to do with any of this?

  • Domino Says:

Your retarded, Lawrence cut the track at the beginning and was tbe beneficiary of a pile up… noone said he couldnt ride a bike… we all just said he was a tool.. .

  • Domino Says:

stewart caught his tire on a tuff block at indy… reed had nothing to do with it other than he was on the same track… tool

  • motoman_28 Says:

I saw that too. While everyone was figuring out what happened, J-Law cuts the whole mess and gets out front. Classic

  • onthepipe719 Says:

ZA are you really smokin crack??? stewart and j-lae each had a faster lap time than reed…. j-law in qualifying and steweart wwas rrunning low 1:08s thru most of the main reed ran a high 1:08 on one lap I dont think he is the fastest man on the planet. sorry bud

  • 746 Says:

HEll yea j-law made all them haters dig there foots out of there asses and eat em. Stewart isnt consistent. Is he fast hell yea but cnat take pressure and plus dont think he knows how to use a front brake. LAst week in Idy he crashed the first time in the turn by grabbin to much front brake and if you watch the video from the first turn crash at daytona(which he caused) becuase he grabbed to much front brake and the front end slid out and started the spill when i think short or tedesco ran into the back of him.

  • Anonymous Says:

keep it up matt lemoine great result keep your head down!!!

  • Anonymous Says:

thats called presure dumba$$, Stewart messed up and clipped the tuff block b\c Speedy Reedy was puttin the pressure to him.

  • motoman_28 Says:

mabye getting some highlights or a perm. Reed is very fast, no doubt about that… its just that james is faster.

  • Anonymous Says:

contract?? r u kidding me? If I were a team manager there is NO way I would sign JLAW. That boy has about oh a lot of growing up to do.

  • big joe Says:

chad reed is the man james stewart just cant handle the pressure gets to nervous and wreaks he is overrated.

j-law ur just a bad ass u tell people how it is and back ur shit good job

  • rylan.541 Says:

    J-LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • TsmithMX Says:

I’m a Reed fan, but he’s not faster than Stewart, I think Reed himself would agree with that. That slick grass (which is a joke and should be taken out for supercross) took james out. We all know who would have won had there not been grass.

  • Anonymous Says:

ya he did only beet james stewart, windam, vililpodo, millsaps, short, and all the other veterans…so what…big deal

  • G- Snatch Says:

ya dude he shouldn’t have cut the track, he should have just smashed right through the heap of downed riders… that would have been the respectable thing to do.

  • Eugenio Says:

J-law rocks, and all of you J-law haters really suck.

  • drtbkr805 Says:

Look up your facts before talking smack. Reed’s fastest time in the main was just a hair faster than Stewart’s, but he did have an f’d up bike.

  • bryce Says:

LOL Bro thats because you’re NOT a team manager. Do you know how often this kid is in the spotlight?? Great FREE advertisement. Now, if I was a team manager, I’d just keep his ass in check, while still giving him his freedom that he obviously loves to have, and can obviously perform while still having.

  • Anonymous Says:

When Ricky came in and was spanking everyone all the same clowns like the ones on this site bashed him and tried to bring up any little mistake he made, and now they are just looking for some sort of flaw in stewart! It’s humorous really. Any takers on a Big Bet who will win more supercross titles in a career! Stewart or Reed?….. I didn’t think so?

  • Anderson Says:

Wow, you people are a bunch of morons.
Seriously it’s pretty obvious Stewart is faster than Reed.
I really don’t like either of them, but for people to say Reed is the fastest man on earth, you should probably go jump off of a cliff because that is idiotic.
And all the J Law haters, why don’t you get off the kids back. Give the kid his credit.

  • redalert144 Says:

jlaw had the 3rd fastest lap time in the main kid is fast, period

  • Suzukimx986 Says:

Stewart should buy himself a kawi with EFI. If he just had a EFI he would have been much faster for sure. Yamahas cant handle any crash

  • Motobro Says:

He should have just held it pinned through those downd pussies and used them for traction. I dont know about you but i miss the onld J-Law.

  • Brendan Says:

Are you serious? Whats your definition of being a man? A lil respect? Still in the negative? For what? Doing what most guys his age do and still run a pro motocross career. Boo-Hoo, hes not the mainstream, good boy go lucky guy u want up front. Just keep your comments to yourself, and may a meteor hit your house, and kill your pets.

  • Brendan Says:

  • Ryan Says:

I dont care what anyone says J-Law is the shit, he goes to show you dont need tons of money and sponsors to get top 3 in suppercross race. And just goes to show that he is a great rider to all of those who think differnt!

  • kfx rider#9 Says:

First off let me say that Domino is a complete tool what was j-law going to do stop put his kickstand down and help clean up the yard sale in the first turn that stewart caused? yeah you never have been in a first turn pile up before or never raced a bike so you would not know what to do anyway shut it. oh yeah clean goody good boy Tim Ferry took the same line around the the mess that j-law did why are you not calling him out on it?

  • your right Says:

    DOMINO

  • your right Says:

DOMINO is a tool Ferry did take the same line what about him?

  • Anonymous Says:

whys is every1 a j-law hater!!?? get over it hes the sickest

  • George Says:

Davi did wrong the way he took out Alessi. He should have been docked a position. J-Law WOW!!!!!! Unbelivable he must be attending AA and NA. If he keeps his act together he will have a great place in MX/SX.

  • dgizzy Says:

Hahha. Stewart got on Hills bike. That was so funny. Hill was tryin to tell him but he wasnt listening. Dude was dazed LOL. They shoulda let him win the race on Hills bike. I have never seen that in racing

  • t corkins Says:

not to mention hes a privateer?

  • redalert144 Says:

alessi woulda done the same to millsaps

  • Anonymous Says:

give me a break lawrence had to everyone would of did the same lawrence was sherdin

  • lackey WC Says:

Do any of you little punks go to school or do just sit and sniff fumes all day. First, learn to spell then use proper grammar when you write, if you can. Without the big first corner wreck, J-Law would not have finished where he did. Wel eye butter get going duds I foget who to write and spel. totally sick for sure.

  • Anonymous Says:

Seriously he only won cuz James fell. Stewart had the second fastest lap time, consistently ran fast times the whole race with a jacked up front wheel. i doubt reed would have even got up after that wreck. much less make it to 7th

  • Yamahaman Says:

Ok anonymous, your comments were ridiculous. And yes, two little races. 1. Compared to Stewarts 7 wins in a row, it is two little races.
    2. Stewarts cracks because he is balls to the wall, not that he is feeling pressure.
    3. I know J-Law is better than me. If I was better then him I would be making millions a year riding a motorcycle.
    4. Stewart doesn’t need to force Reed to crack because he knows that Reed is always behind him, hence the 7 in a row. And it would have been 8 if Reed had not have ran into Stewart at Anaheim 1.
    5. This comment was great, what are you, a 2nd grader? I’m an idiot? Are you really not smart enough to come up with anything else?

  • mx105 Says:

I hope to see a sweet race next weekend all the SHIT is making to be a great year for the sport.

  • Anonymous Says:

he crashed out in the lcq

  • tell it how it is Says:

so this is how i see it. bubba is way faster then reed he has always been faster then reed. and i have tones of respect for bubba because he is the fastest man alive on a motorcyle but i hate watching bubba race because he blows every one a way. iloved the battles. but with bubba out ther you only get a battle every 1 in 7 races it sucks. so this is why i love reed i wish he was as fast as bubba so we can see more battles up front i’m rootin for reed because i want battles. and personaly i think half of you guys that cheer for bubba only cheer for him because he is the best not because you like him.

  • Anonymous Says:

ill give it to reed though i hate him with a passion. he rode a good race. but he only wins when steawrt crashes. name one time stewart did not crash and reed beat him straight up. if you can prove he has beaten bubba with out bubba crashing i will send you anything you want.

  • Anonymous Says:

How is it one of our best still makes 85cc mistakes?
Watch him in slow mo (we still luv u Bubs..) and his ass is on the back of the seat grabbing more than two hands full of front break. He should think……….. Grass bad technic+WORKS brakes=Taking out the whole field and josh hill runs over your head.

jlaw rocks, he had improve alot

  • Jason Lawrence Says:

Well you see, I feel I just need to say this. I was in like second to last place for the start of the main, I think maybe Tim Ferry was the only one behind me. Luckily I was almost last because that gave me plenty of time to see teh big pile up and drive directly to my left completely avoiding everybody and turning my horrible start into a great start. Unlike Tim Ferry who did cut the track as well, but only around 1 tuff block and got back on right after the pile up, like I was supposed to do. All I’m sayin is that if bubba didnt wreck everybody upfront I would have came around the first turn in like 18th and finished my race in 12th because there is no way i could have made up all that time. You really should watch the start again, you’ll see what realyl happened.

  • JonR Says:

I do not understand all the disrespect. Daytona showed the best of everyone. Stewart for knocking himself silly, trying to get on Hill’s bike, and making it to 7th on a cracked bike with no visor and a rung bell. Reed for getting a terrible start and whacking the whole field with scary fast final lap times (he took away a 12 second margin to Lawrence in 4 laps). I am not a Lawrence fan but when he realized Reed was faster in qualifying and the main event he allowed Reed by so as to not screw with the Championship fight. It was very un-Lawrence and it might be the first sign he is starting to grow up and change his ways. It was a great race and the class showed by the racers was good for the sport. These online groups tend to be people loving one racer and crapping on everyone else. Daytona allowed every fan, no matter which racer you like, to bring away something good and positive.

  • Brendan Lutes Says:

The other Brendan you see posting on here isn’t me. I do let you “shit talkers” talk and comment all you want without getting involved. When it’s me posting, it shows my photo and my full name like it does directly above this comment…

yea and im sure thats really lawrence. i doubt jlaw could write a whole paragraph.

  • 377 Says:

jlaw had the fastest lap time, look it up

  • 2stroke Says:

811 josh litchle is crazy fast through the whoops crazy

  • Mitch Says:

Jlaw clearly cheated. He cut the track on the start and advanced postions by doing so. He is already on probation.

  • harvest Says:

Ralph does a great job for tv supercross I like Jeff Emig too but you gotta laugh I mean I,m in tears everytime Jeff STUDDERS lmaooo when he does that! lmaooo…….Sorry Jeff that sh– is soooo funny.!!
And Ohh! I swear jeff is in love with Carmichael , notice that twinkle in his eyes next time the goat is standing next to him lol!.

  • kaino22 Says:

how is reed the fastest man on the planet when josh hill beat him in the qualifier

  • Anonymous Says:

Wow, don’t you guys have anything better to do than fight about J-Law?

  • Anonymous Says:

They are all riding on the same track so the better rider one because he diddnt crash.

  • Anonymous Says:

Stewart has been the fastest rider on the planet for a while. Reed on his new Suzuki has gained a lot of ground on him now. The difference is Reeds been much more consistent n that is whats going to win the championship is him being consistent the rest of the season. I just wanna see these two ride both with a good start it hasnt happened yet through the first 10 races because Reed has gotten bad starts or Stewarts crashed and Reed won two of those three races.

  • Anonymous Says:

j laws the sh*t the sport needs exciting people like him in it so its not the same boring stuff

  • FOFIF Says:

AFTER EVERYONE THAT COUNTS FELL! KEEP SWINGING ON THIS FA&$ NUTZ! YOU ALL SOUND LIKE JASONS BOYFRIENDS! HA HA

  • Upercut Says:

“james stewart just cant handle the pressure”????

Quit taking those pills, they’re no good for you. The guy just won EVERY SINGLE OUTDOOR MOTO and won 7 out of 10 SUPERCROSS ROUNDS. For all you guys saying that some other guy is faster that him, stop trying to get some excitement in your lives just by making up stories and wake up…

…AND THEN WRITE. j-lAW is a clown, but a faaast one. Hope to see him up there!

  • HyperFX Says:

Wins are good, but not as important as points. Reed has finished every race in the top 3, if I’m correct. More consistent than Stewart, so far. Stewart is IMO still the fastest, but when you push the limits, even a small mistake can get ugly. Case and point: Daytona, Turn One. And simply missing a gear at the wrong time can cost you 25 points, A1. Stewart still has 7 races left to gain more points. So, mathematically, it’s still possible for JS to get the red plate. Either way, the racing is great this year! I just want to see this battle go all the way to the last lap in Vegas!

  • yoo Says:

  • mxoriginal6 Says:

He’s only in the spotlight when he’s not completely banned from racing. Which knowing him is just a race away.

  • Ian Says:

That would be sweet, other than villopoto.. hes a tool

  • Anonymous Says:

we finally see bubba in heat 1

  • Anonymous Says:

    JLAW IS A F*CKING RETARRD!!!

  • Pasttime Says:

Reed is 11 points ahead of Stewart now, not 9. Also Stewart caused the crash in turn 1 “Stewart, he was a casualty of a first turn pileup that claimed numerous riders in the main…” Start stating the facts instead of covering for Bubba’s mistakes.
    Take the SPIN off !

  • Rideyz102 Says:

do you even watch the races or are you so bias you cant see straight. when stewart has even a little pressure he makes mistakes. to get a clue watch the indy supercross. he fell twice once trying to chase reed and again when reed pressured him. OPEN YOUR EYES

  • ALESSANDRO Says:

    J-LAW, ROCK N´ ROLL

  • Pasttime Says:

Now, the series is looking to be fun. I stopped watching it when one guy wins all the races. Now it’s entertaining.

  • JSmash23 Says:

No doubt that J-law has a lot of talent but enough about him. Bubba almost gets on the wrong bike in the main yet he still finish’s 7th. Bubba by far has the most talent in AMA right now and probably the best since Supercross started.

  • Anonymous Says:

yea lets run all of those guys over and might kill one but
u know cant cut a track kill someone instead u dumb
    asses

  • .... Says:

i think jlaw earned respect from daytona. beleive me. i wanted to smack him before but i think he finally learned his lesson.

  • belliott88 Says:

You just want to qualify, not kill yourself for the main event winning a pointless race.

  • belliott88 Says:

Bendan Lutes, do you have any pictures of windham in that sick gear and the black bike? I want a cool picture for a wallpaper not just a lame behind riding pic.

  • George Says:

pasttime is spot on to what I noticed. Stewart caused the first turn pile up and transworld reports try to make it look like it was not his fault. It could be caused by anyone, any race. This time it was BUBBA with to much front brake and front end wash out that caused many good riders to crash. Tell it like it is. Are y’all confused or just excuse makers for Stewart??????

  • Matthew Mongar 417 Says:

hey i want to say that james is the best nobody can catch him inless he falls so reed u mine as well ouit

  • Anonymous Says:

j-law could have won that easy but out of respect he let reed pass him-j-law has alot of respect for the sport period-

  1. Daytona: Redemption for Reed | Says:

[...] March 10, 2009 Look at that see of happy faces celebrating Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Chad Reed after he put on a stunning ride to chase down and win his third Daytona supercross. The victory had to taste particularly sweet for Reedy, because it not only made up for last year’s last-lap breakdown heartbreak, but it fully capitalized on Stewart’s sorrowful mistake and moved the Australian’s championship-points-chase advantage into the double digits. Here Chad smokes it for his fans in another phantastic photo from the great race report by Brendan Lutes at Transworld Motocross. [...]
