Red Bull Straight Rhythm | Musquin and Stewart Reign Supreme
A healthy crowd showed up and braved the scorching temperatures at Pomona Autoplex for the inaugural Red Bull Straight Rhythm event. The head-to-head racing format was both exciting and interesting, especially after the fields of 16 riders in the 250 and Open classes were whittled down to the top right. When the dust settled and the sun set, it was Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart and Red Bull KTM’s Marvin Musquin who emerged with the wins in the Open and 250 classes, respectively. Stewart topped BTOSports.com KTM rider Justin Brayton twice in a row in the two-out-of-three format to earn the Open title, while Musquin did the same against his new Red Bull KTM teammate Justin Hill to earn the 250-class honors.
