San Diego Practice Update

It’s been raining here in Southern California for the past couple of days, and according to the weather report, rain is forecasted for the rest of today in San Diego. Currently, the track is still covered and water is being pumped off of it. Due to the conditions, the AMA has decided to postpone practice until 4:35 this afternoon with two eight-minute qualifying practice sessions for both groups A and B in each class. As of now, the night program hasn’t been changed.

Right now, the track crew is busy pumping water from between the jumps. The track likely won't be uncovered until right before practice is scheduled to run.
