TransWorld Media Launches QUAD Off-Road Magazine

Tustin, CA (5/9/05) — A Leading action sports publishers TransWorld Media announces the debut of QUAD Off-Road Magazine, a new title for ATV enthusiasts. On newsstands nationwide beginning July 5, 2005, QUAD Off-Road Magazine will serve the rapidly growing population of 15 million Americans passionate about all-terrain vehicles.

A sister publication to TransWorld Motocross, the world’s best-selling and fastest growing motocross magazine, QUAD is designed to inspire and inform the active ATV participant. The magazine will feature trademark elements that make all TransWorld titles standout: a bold, cutting-edge, full four-color design with an emphasis on high-quality photography; essential information ATV riders can use including detailed how-tos, credible, in-depth product reviews, and technical tips; the latest news from the race circuit; and inspiring adventure stories.

QUAD Off-Road Magazine will be published bi-monthly with a newsstand price of $4.99 and a goal of monthly frequency beginning in 2007. Paid circulation is currently projected at 88,000, with total distribution of 215,000 copies per issue.
