Hey guys at TransWorld. My name is Dane Young and I race the 125C class. I have a 2001 Suzuki RM125 and I love it. At my third race I got in a car wreck and my bike was in the back of it and I got to get all this cool new stuff for it. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work on the magazines!
Hey, my name’s Ryan. I’m 16 years old, and I live in British Columbia Canada. Well, my first race on my new twin pipe I came up short on this triple in Arenacross and broke both my arms. I had surgery on my left arm and got three pins and as soon as swelling goes down it’s going to be casted. Then I’m out for six weeks just in time to train for spring series. I love the mag my friends sister brought me your latest issue in the hospital. I was hardly able to turn the page but I made it work! I can’t wait to race again in spring!
This is my daughter, on the right, after her first year of racing. Her name is Maranda, she’s 13 years old and she’s on her ‘O4 YZ85 in this pic at Hickory hill in Ganville, NY. The bottom pic is from Diamondback in Modena, NY, on her ‘O4 KX100 she just got. We’re from Ballston Spa, NY. She came to me and told me she wanted to race and it was always something I wanted to do only I couldn’t afford it when I was younger. So I try to do what I can. our race team name is Jest’er Racin under that we have “for the fun of it” we even have a small practice track around the yard.
Hey, here are a few pics of my mate, Benn Olsen. We live in Leinster, Western Australia. He is riding his 2003 YZ125. I hope you like them and I hope you put them on your site.

Hi, my name is Tyler. I’m 15 and I race at Whinchester Speed Park in New Hampshire.
Hi, my name is Luke Visconti. I am a racer from Southwick, Massachusetts. I have been riding since I was five years old and I have been racing since I was nine. I am now 16 years old and I am a very competitive racer. I am in the Amateur class for 125 and Open. I race in some of the local organizations like NESC and NEMX. My local track is Southwick’s MX338 Motocross Track. I live about a quarter of a mile from the track, so I get to ride there a lot. The only bad thing is that the track does not have any open practices, so nobody really gets to practice on the track. I have a lot of local practice tracks that I ride at just about every day. My favorite is a place that is called 40 Acres. It is a huge assortment of corn, tobacco, and other fields that is divided by the Southwick/Granby line.
I love to race and all I really do is ride my bike, go to school, and work on my bike for the next weekend of racing. The biggest race I have done in my career is the Loretta Lynn Qualifier at MX338. I have had a couple serious injuries in the past couple years, so I haven’t been able to race a full season in a couple years. I have a few small sponsors, but I do have a full sponsor from REP suspension and engine. They mostly work on suspension customization and engine work. All of these pictures were shot at Rocky Hill MX Park. It is one of my favorite practice tracks. I really hope to become very successful in my motocross profession, but I don’t have any big hopes to become a professional motocross racer any time soon. But maybe one day I will become a pro and be able to race Ricky and Bubba and all my other motocross heroes.
Hey! My name is Lyle and I’m from a town called Laurel Hill in Florida. I’m 17 years old and my favorite thing to do is ride my motorcycle around our property. I set up a double on it and my friend Steve and II could jump it all day. It’s a lot of fun. I have been riding since I was 15 and I currently have a 1997 Honda CR125. It has black plastics and a pipe on it. It’s pretty fast. I can’t do may tricks yet, but I am pretty good at no-handers and no-handed landers. I love your magazine, especially the poster. I mostly use the side with the girl on it, but sometimes I put up the rider side. Thanks and keep up the good work guys!
I’m Mikko Kukkonen, a 22 years young motocross rider from the town of Hà¤meenlinna in Finland. I’ve raced enduro for a few years and got fed up, because the enduros here in Finland are just terrible mud / swamp / hill / rock / log-crossing battles (in the winter they actually get better!) So I figured it was time for a change. And because motocross was my first love to begin with, I bought my first MXer, a 2004 KTM 450SX in the spring of this year.
We don’t have a single official MX track here in Hà¤meenlinna, just a couple of unofficial ones put together by us riders. The nearest official track is about an hour drive away. The first pic is from the mini-whoops at my buddy’s SX-track and the other one is from Karkkila MX-track.
Hope you enjoy these sights from our northern land, we’re just waiting for a proper winter so that we can bolt on the spiked tires and blast some snow-berms! And by the way, your magazine is great entertainment and it inspires me to ride every time I open one up, so keep up the good work!
