2017 Monster Energy Cup | In & Out

Provisional Entry List & Injury Report

2017 MONSTER ENERGY CUP | COMPLETE COVERAGE

One of the marquee events of the offseason, the 2017 Monster Energy Cup, is quickly approaching. Held at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, the unique event is a testing ground of sorts for Feld Motorsports and their wildest ideas. No other race on the schedule offers a purse as big as the Monster Energy Cup, with a full million dollars up for grabs should one rider win all three ten-lap motos that make up the program. Mix that format in with a track that uses every available inch of the venue and you have one wild night in the desert.

We were sent a pre-entry list for all three divisions (the professional Cup class, the Amateur All-Stars, and the SuperMini) that gives a glimpse of who we can expect on the starting line this Saturday night. Since this race is not part of a larger championship and comes when many riders are developing new bikes or healing old injuries, it’s not as full as Anaheim One. But don’t be discouraged, because a late entrant could come in at any moment and shake things up.
